What a session includes
Every session has a purpose and a recorded next step.
- Review of prior practice
- Direct instruction and tutor modeling
- Guided practice
- Independent application
- Error analysis and correction
- A skill check and practice for next time
After each session the tutor records attendance, the skill addressed, activities completed, observed progress, areas needing reinforcement, and the next instructional priority.

How do you decide which group my child joins?
Placement considers grade, subject, current skills, goals, schedule, available records, and group compatibility.
Do you help with homework?
Tutors may use current assignments to understand needs and reinforce skills. The cycle focuses on the underlying skills that let a student work more independently.
Can my child get support in more than one subject?
Possibly. Intake determines whether one group can address the goals or whether an additional service is needed.
What if my child needs one-to-one tutoring?
Individual tutoring may be recommended when needs, subject, schedule, or learning profile do not fit an available group. It has separate availability and pricing.
Where we are strict
Six students. Not a target.
It is the number the room is built for, it is enforced when a seat is booked, and it does not quietly become eight in week four.
Six at most, and one of them explaining.
A learner who can explain the step to somebody else has understood it. That is most of why the group is small enough for everybody to get a turn.
