Choose the exam
Six exams, and they do not run the same way.
AP is placed by subject. CLEP earns college credit and is usually an adult decision. The ASVAB is scheduled around a date somebody else set. Saying all six in one sentence would imply one program, and there is not one program.
SAT
A high school student with a test date, usually in eleventh or twelfth grade, working toward a score a particular list of colleges will take seriously.
What the teaching goes after
- The sections and question types actually costing the points, found from a real score
- Pacing, because most lost marks on this exam are lost to the clock
- Reading for the question being asked rather than the passage's subject
- The mathematics that recurs, taught to the level the test uses it
- Timed practice under real conditions, with the errors gone through afterward

PSAT and NMSQT
Usually a tenth or eleventh grader. In eleventh grade it is also the National Merit qualifying test, which changes what a good score is for.

- The same skills the SAT tests, at the level this exam uses them
- Where a student stands before the SAT year, while there is still time to act
- Section timing, on a shorter paper that punishes hesitation
- For eleventh graders, the score band that matters for National Merit

ACT
A high school student whose colleges take the ACT, or who has found they do better on it than on the SAT. It is a different exam, not a variant.

- Science reasoning, which has no equivalent on the SAT and is mostly a reading skill
- A faster clock across every section, so pacing is trained rather than mentioned
- The English section's editing conventions
- Mathematics that reaches further than the SAT's and rewards recognition
- Timed practice under real conditions, with the errors gone through afterward

AP course support
A student inside a specific AP course who is finding the course itself hard, the exam format unfamiliar, or both.
What the teaching goes after
- The content of one named course, not Advanced Placement in general
- Free response, which is where most of the marks are and least of the practice is
- The gaps underneath the course, which are usually the real problem
- Exam format, timing and what the rubric rewards

CLEP subject examinations
Usually an adult learner or a returning student earning college credit by examination instead of sitting the course. Occasionally a high school student working ahead.

- One named subject examination, against the published content outline
- What the awarding college actually accepts, which is not the same everywhere
- Working from what somebody already knows, since most CLEP candidates know a lot
- Practice against real examination questions rather than a course syllabus

- Which college will receive the credit, and the score it requires
- Any prior study or work experience in the subject

ASVAB
Somebody preparing to enlist, often with a recruiter and a date already set, and usually with a specific job in mind that needs a particular line score.
What the teaching goes after
- The AFQT sections first, because they decide eligibility
- The line scores the intended job actually requires, rather than the total
- Arithmetic reasoning and word knowledge, which carry the most weight
- The technical sections only where the job needs them

- The test date, and whether it is the practice version or the real one
- The job or field being aimed at, and its required score if it is known
- Any previous ASVAB result
- Format
- One to one, or a small group where enough candidates share a timeline

How preparation runs
Baseline to readiness, in that order.
The line is the point. Each stage is built on the one before it, and the first one is a number the student actually has rather than the one they were hoping for.
Baseline
A recent score report, or a diagnostic we run in the first week. Whatever the number is. A plan built from a score somebody actually has beats one built from where they hoped to be.
Target
Which sections, question types, skills and pacing problems are worth the nine weeks. Not everything is, and saying so is most of the value.
Practice
Timed practice under real conditions, then the errors gone through afterward. The second half is the part that moves a score.
Readiness
A written summary of where the student stands and what to do in the days before the exam, which is a different question from what to do in week three.

Preparation is mostly sitting down with a clock running, and then going back through what went wrong. That second half is the work, and it is the half most programs skip.

Do you guarantee a score increase?
No. No provider can ethically guarantee a score. We provide structured instruction, timed practice, feedback, and progress monitoring.
Which AP subjects are available?
AP English, AP mathematics, and AP science according to course and instructor availability. Additional subjects depend on capacity.
What if the test date is sooner than nine weeks?
Tell us the date during intake. We will say plainly whether a nine-week cycle fits or whether another option makes more sense.
Are SAT and ACT students in the same group?
No. ACT students follow an ACT-specific pathway. SAT and PSAT students may be grouped when goals and readiness align.

We start from your real score.
Whatever it is. A plan built from a number you actually have beats one built from where you hoped to be.
Tell us the exam and the date.
We will say plainly whether the current cycle reaches your test date before you pay anything, and we will say so when it does not.
